So did I yesterday.
I am finding day 3 and 4 extremely hard.
I ate a massive lot of plants harvested right out of my yard and 2 huge heads of broccoli. I also was craving broccoli a few days. Its really weird.
Anyway I am dry again for 2-3 days if I can make it.
The whole gentle breaking of a fast is something else I need to learn.
