New here.
I'd like to talk mucoid plaque.

Just finished a gallbladder flush and managed to flush out many gallstones. Took a day break because I was feeling sick and toxic. Just completely a salt water flush in an attempt to empty my bowels and begin p&b shakes tomorrow to hopefully get more plaque out.

An issue I'm having is constipation after a few days. Should I really be going 3x a day? I struggle to even have ONE a day, even while drink half my weight in water ounces, following mucoid plaque cleanse diet (strict vegan), and daily enemas...

Any advice?
