First, don't beat yourself up with this mistake, we all have done that.

I like your suggestion of juice fasting, then ease into water only fast.

Best thing to do is kidney cleanse, liver flush, Colon Cleanse and then fast with water only.

Water fast should not be used for weight loss, more important is to change your diet. Stay on plant based foods and you will lose weight naturally and keep it off.
