Any advice for chronic hives?

For the past 6 weeks I've been getting hives 3-4 times each day/night. Now, it's gotten to where I wake up with them. They start off in a few small spots and within miniutes cover me in large, thick welts. It's mainly on my inner arms, armpits, entire torso, and down to my groin area.
I'm not eating anything different, so I'm unsure if I've developed an allergy to a regular food. I mostly consume animal protein, occasional vegetables, and frozen fruit.
I'm contemplating doing a green juice fast to see if that helps. I'm taking Benadryl multiple times a day, which I hate doing, but am desperate as these hives are driving me insane.
With a young infant and myself to care for, I need to find a remedy immediately because I'm finding myself mentally and physically too exhausted to do necessary daily functions.
