I'm so glad the pepper trick is working for you (it saved me too) :) This way I can sit and sip my lemonaid too and not gulp it down.

Your husband sounds like such a dear. Since this is my 3rd cleanse in over a year, my hubby is not so sympathetic anymore LOL. Matter of fact, I've got something cooking in the kitchen. But on day 5, it's not so bad (but I couldn't have done that on day 2 or 3). Those are the worst!
