I've been on Iodine since October 2016, so about 7 months now, and since last Dr. visit, both ovarian cysts are now shrinking! Super happy :)

A little about my Iodine intake... I take 150mg Lugol's every day, split into two doses spread out, and I also paint my abdomen a couple times a week. I want to add, I have also been doing castor oil packets here and there, I'm sure this has helped too.

I've said this in a different post, but Iodine also helped completely dissolve my uterine fibroid
