Sorry to butt in but I've been looking for someone with dry fast experience. I did it a couple of days ago but at 40 hours I couldn't handle not showering any longer. Otherwise I could have gone longer. Now I'm doing 18 dry and 6 water a day but would like to do more long term. Do you have any advice on how to deal with the shower aspect?
