Yes, Liver Flush will help a great deal. But be careful, if you have kidney disease make sure you do not take Epsom salt. You can use Magnesium Citrate instead to flush the colon out.

I also think that you will benefit by doing multiple Liver Flushes every three weeks, in the beginning and in between a raw plant based diet.

After you know no junk is coming out in your flushes, you can fast with water only.
