I'm from India. I actually do have a practitioner, but he isn't an expert in nutritional balancing. He said that he would follow the lab's recommendations directly instead of offering his own interpretation of the results.

I'm second-guessing this and wondering if it would be better if there was an experienced person who would interpret the results and recommend supplements accordingly.

But some people like Onwards on this forum seem to have followed the lab's recommendations directly and gotten good results. So I'm a bit confused here.
