I'm pretty tall for a woman (5'7" 1/2) so 206 pounds looks different on me than on a shorter woman. Also, I carry most of my weight on my lower body! Stay tuned, I'll show my full body in my next video. I've got biiiiiig hips, butt, thighs.

I have an eating disorder (binge eating disorder), but Water Fasting is the only thing that works for me. I was a fat kid and teenager and my highest weight back then was 206 lbs (just like now) and I tried every diet but nothing worked. Only Water Fasting helped me. I fasted on and off down to 140 lbs. My weight stabilized at 140 and I stayed at that weight for 5 years. I thought I finally cured my binge eating disorder until a few traumatic events happened in my life that caused me to spiral back out of control and turn to food for emotional support. Fasting worked for me in the past, so I know it will work for me again. I just need to make sure I don't turn to food again for emotional support in the future.
