Saw your video, honestly I cant believe you're 206 lb. You look a lot less than that. Anyway not my main point of this post.

I don't know why exactly, but Dr Fung - someone who has fasted 2200+ diabetics to being non diabetics does not recommend people with eating disorders to fast.

Personally I have often thought "Is fasting giving me an eating disorder"

No idea, but I eat a few days and my eating quantity goes down. So I guess fasting only temporarily gives me an over eating problem.
