Thanks for the suggestion, I will follow next time. I am thinking sometime over the weekend I'll start a dry fast and then move on to water in a few days, but yes, I was downing 2+ gal a day and still feeling dry and parched and 2 day dry fasts where I worked on moving things around the house were still no problem.
