Occasional indulgence? Why? We should not live to eat, but eat to live. Our tongue and taste buds are very flexible. I never liked greens when I was a kid, but now I eat them raw, I found out that you eat something two three times and you start liking it.

If you want to be healthy eat what comes from a plant, not made in a plant.

Keep posting your results here, it should be educational for all of us.
