I removed Sugar long ago and sure did make a difference I did that along with a yeast cleanse man the Sugar craving I had my whole life disappeared anyhow

The doc says I have one more day in hospital to get my ck levels down and I'm dismissed finally been here a week on fluids and u can get this is no good for someone who spills sodium

The nurse said I have a potassium magnesium issue for sure the spasms least she actually listens she even said magnesium test are the normal included test I told her of the RBC test I wonder if they will listen lol
