I have tried stevia and while its OK in chai and terrible in coffee ironically, I still cant get over that bitter taste. Asians have more bitter sensitivity than Europeans.

Its not partial eating, its full on eating, cos there is no more fasting once I eat, its basically a unplanned end to the fast.
