i just ended my 10 day Water Fast and im on my second day of refeeding and i started getting a weird bitter taste in my mouth. all i am eating is apples water melons, canteloupes, and leafy greens.

should i be worried? everything is fine other than some dizziness if im running around and bend down and up too fast.

please help im freaking out
