Sorry Archus,
I just re-read your post and you did answer the bath soak frequency. If I do the foot soak instead, what measurement would I use. I'm thinking less but unsure. Lastly: Iodine. Should I look for it as a separate ingredient or do I look for ES to have it included? I know. Newbie questions!
