I finished my 14 day fast but sadly my accute Acne and scars did not change or heal in any way. I will continue my colagen treatment and add vitamin C. Thank you all for the support. I lost 16 pounds but besides that i hoped for a decrease of my gynecomastia which sadly did not happen either. Maybe the fast was not long enough but I could not bother sitting at home doing nothing while my friends are having BBQs, go swimming and such because we´ve had nothing but amazing wheather since I started the fast. I will now refeed on watermalon, blueberries, broccoli, squash and bone broth for a week.
