Yes Clap! I think people who work for Amazon customer services have brains of clay!
They send out item returns summary when the delivery drivers can't find us and returns the product back to Amazon. They say return the item by a certain date and print off returns label before we send out new replacement! Two phone calls to sort the matter out usually solves the case!
