Hello.

Is there anyone who tried mastic gum and had some side effects like diarrhea, cramps and gas burp ? If yes, did you stop taking mastic gum or not ? Are they temporary ?

I started take 500mg of mastic gum (Jarrow Formulas) and I have the above side effects. I will cure my acid reflux eventually.

I started also taking probiotics, Apple Cider Vineger with Mother (very important: WITH MOTHER and improving my diet and habits of eating and I feel almost dramatically better.

So, how can I handle those mastic gum side effects ?
