Water fasting interspersed with dry spells ?

I did a 24 hr water, then transitioned to dry. That was hard to keep up after ~40 hrs. I drank water and I think in an hour or 2 I may be OK to try 2 more days of dry ?

Anyway The last few hrs of the dry part I felt dizzy, headache, nauseous, lethargic, sleepy and weak. Day 3 of a Water Fast is supposed to be when everything gets to be better. The dry part somehow was getting worse and worse.
