Congrats on breezing through to day 4. This is my 3rd cleanse, and I've heard that you only begin to expel plaque toward the end. Your liquid daily eliminations sound so normal. For your tongue to be pink tells me you probably are not that toxic. I'm on day 3 and my tongue actually feels "furry". That probably tells ya how toxic I am LOL.

Trust me - you're doing your body good - even if you don't see all of the side effects that many of us share.
