So after a lifetime of mental and physical adversities I really feel good about doing a water cleanse. I am in a place where I am able to be alone and un interrupted as well rest the whole time without work. I haven't worked for a while which is another reason I want to do this cleanse. To help balance what's going on in my body, years of dietary imbalance doesn't help the body heal whatsoever. It's my hope in fasting I'll be able to ease some symptoms in my body to help the healing process catalyze or just begin in general. I'd love to hear from people on the same path or who have and get some encouraging support. Thank you all god bless!
