I've known about fasting for some time and I finally thought of giving it a shot. It's been my second day Water Fasting and for some reason, whenever I sip some water, it stings and burns my mouth palate and under my tongue. I've tried finding some information online but nothing is related to what I experience. It doesn't happen if I'm not drinking water and it's just inside my mouth. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out on this one. Thank you in advantage!
