Hello! It's 4 years later I know but I have a relative in a very similar situation:

They are currently preg with 6 baby 20 weeks. But her uterus is so thin, like paper thin.
I'm quite concerned about her birth. She will sadly be having a c-section as natural might be a bit of a stretch (pun intended)

What can she take to thicken her uterus?
What can she do dietarily?
She is taking raspberry leaf extract... But that might not be enough.
Her diet is average, not so much junk but some processed and some very decent healthy food too.

Can anyone help me advise my cousin?
