I was losing 2/3 to 3/4 lb a day on average. It will probably be more when you are heavier. Don't worry, once you're body realizes there is a buffet in vicinity it will not stop till all of it is gone. It will clean out everything else in the process too. From there on out, its all what you do to keep it clean.
