One of the moles that had a bruise appear next to it is on my lower right back. Another bruise appeared about an inch away and when I woke up today the upper right of my back had a wincing pain, lasting for a few hours and then becoming more mild. I started taking more vitamin C and plan to pick up cofactors/B's tomorrow. I painted both of the moles (and a few other spots) yesterday and halved the number of drops of Lugol's in my water, but took the regular 4 drops today. I'm a little worried that there may be an issue with this particular mole. The bruise that developed with the other mole (on my arm) is already fading. The mole on my back has gotten bigger over the years but I assumed it was just from gaining weight and the skin stretching.
