I reduced my pill usage a lot and go for liquids and powder as much as I can least with

Fish oil
Vitamin c
Magnesium so far

The fish oil is vitamin shoppe brand hope its pure lol

I got a good vitamin c powder on eBay from a great company $11 that last a good month for me the l ascorbic acid

Vitamin shoppe has a manesium liquid that has all the trace minerals too in liquid form only thing left I'm lookin for a b complex and I guess I'm lookin for folate instead of folic acid those brands I listed seems to do that ..I was taking zinc n selenium I may put some stuff on hold until I order a hair test so I can know what's more important I'm pretty much drinkin liver cleanse teas and adrenal support i had jaw cavitation surgery definetly wrecked me up seeing slow uphill results I mix a little burdock root and red clover in the liver tea to help cleanse blood
