Archus, that seems to make sense. After reading your reply I did some very quick reading on the liver. I had no idea that it stores minerals such as iron for up to 2-3 years for just these situations (https://www.liverdoctor.com/your-liver-what-does-it-do/). I took an iron supplement yesterday with cider vinegar in water and a B12 supplement (prior to seeing your post) but I'll go back to water only today and give my liver a chance to do its thing. FYI I am on day 9, in Ketosis losing on ave 2lbs per day.
