I lost ~90+ in fact I may have at some point lost almost 96-97 238 to ~141. I have gained 20 back. I weighed in @ 163 this morning.
There is a lot of variables, some are fact, others are conjecture on my part. Look for my posts and you should find it.
You don't have to gain it all back. You would need to really do somethings the right way.
