Thank you very much for the feedback. Nothing else than pure water has gone into my system since I started. I like the idea of a Liver Flush but I also have to say that I´m cooking fresh and healthy during the week with meat once a week. I´ve been on a vegan diet for 3 months before and on a histamin/gluten-free diet for 2 months both with no result. I´m not mainly looking for a treatment for Acne but just interested in the period of time in which the healing effects may occur but I guess it really depends on the individual person. I think I will go for 14 days but I will of course listen to my body.
