Oh great thanks for the alternatives. I have googled and found two health shops near me which should have apple cider vinegar (who knew - I've lived here 10yrs!), so i will give it a go.
PS. Apple cider vinegar seems more unprocessed and cloudy, cider vinegar is clear and is usually found in the isle of your supermarket next to white wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar. Its used in cooking but from what I have heard has all the good bits of natural apple cider vinegar removed. Thanks sooo much for replying to my post.
