Great start and good idea to clean your body and mind. I like the idea of doing five days fast first and then eat for 5-10 days then fast again. But if you feel great and continue fasting till you get real hunger more power to you.

Cooking while fasting is hard.

After your fast is complete please stay on plant based diet to continue cleaning out the toxins from smoking and eating any processed junk if you did eat junk.
