Hahah re: spreadsheeting. Sounds like me. Anything I can calculate, plan, plot, graph.

Other ideas are
-suduko
-researching diet/health/food medicines
-gardening
-looking after pets (in my case farm animals)
-sewing/crochet/knitting
-making lists/schedules/plans/routines

Lol sounds I bit weird type A personality lol


I find the best thing really is FORGIVENESS, and looking deep into ones self and not just ridding from physical bodily ailments, but spiritual heart ailments and purifying the soul and ones character
