Are you sure about the kidney and liver problems? Since you imagine other illnesses maybe your liver ect is fine too? Only a shrink can help someone who imagines they are sick when they are not. I have cirrhosis and it's not fun and it makes the immune system not work properly and you get sick all the time really really bad.
That's why I can't fight off infections no more!
I hope for your sake it's in your head cos liver damage is not good and you would be so sick
