Thanks for the info. I am doing the same...good but something is still not quite right and I don't know how to cross the final finish line. At least the monolaurin die off has stopped. I am up to three scoops a day without any headaches. Strange thing though: I did a two week cycle of OLE and felt the same old symptoms of foggy exhaustion etc...as though it had either stopped working or was actively feeding the candida. Anyway, gave that up and am back on the Black-Walnut . My eyes too are indicative of how I am doing...very blurry during die off. They have improved a little but still need glasses for most reading (which only started with candida). Keep on getting better!!!
