If God is INTERNAL, you cannot call out to Him (you should not have to or be able to CALL out if He is inside of you and there should be no reason to "pray" (the JEWS were told to pray).

The Jews knew God according to the age of time.

The old testament is basically the Hebrew bible (even in the N.T., when Jesus spoke to the JEWS, He was telling the JEWS to do what was right for them according to priests (fulfilling all righteousness for THE JEWS).
