I don't have a formal diagnosis, but I'm learning toward an erythromelalgia/Raynauds combo. My feet, upper arms, and hands heat up in hot temperatures, when I'm under stress, when I'm standing straight up on hard floor, or when I walk for too long. Both issues can be found in other parts of the body aside from hands and feet. My thighs will turn purple and red when I get cold.
