I really need to know what thirst feels like.
I have only been dry for the last 4 hrs now, after breaking a 50hr dry fast rather badly with salted tea and baking soda last night, and I had that again later last night, then 1 more this morning, then 2 with salt and acv.

But the last hr I've felt lethargic and depressed. I slept for a bit and didn't help, still sluggish and mild headache.

Is this true thirst ?
What does true thirst feel like ?

I see 100's of videos about the merits of dry fasting but not a single one explains when to break the dry fast.

Could someone please explain true thirst ?
