Hi again,
I hope you are still doing well. Quick question. Somewhere in this thread you mentioned quassia and I was wondering what brand you used...so many of them seem to be alcohol tinctures, and I am, as you can imagine, very wary of putting alcohol into my system. Thanks so much.
