So lovely to see your message! I completed Day 1 yesterday which I didn't find too hard, and now mid-way through Day 2 but struggling a bit more. I have a huge problem with emotional eating and have felt quite stressed and upset today, so the temptation to give in and binge has been huge. I also have a very bad headache at the moment which started around this time yesterday. But I know that will only make me more miserable long term if I give in and eat. I am so so desperate to successfully complete this fast and feel happier, healthier and stronger!
