You know it will be ok for you to work up to 10 days, but then it will be harder, depending on your job.

I have managed to do 15 days while working.

You really want not only less physical stress, but also no mental stress, if you can handle that by all means go ahead and fast.

Also at some point people at work will ask you about weight loss and you will smell too, so be prepared. I took tongue scraper with me and cleaned my tongue few times a day.
