I'm on day 2 of the turpentine, I did Sugar today just b/c I had stuff to do w/my mom for mum's day so couldn't have a castor oil situation today lol...
But, I have noticed really strange/uncomfortable digestion & gas and feeling very full in the last couple of days since starting (& my stomach which I could Always hear digesting doesn't make noise anymore) but I feel like I'm killing stuff & seeing biofilms, what looks like candida as well as other things...
But, my head feels like 100x Better! Alot of the brain flog & fatigue I had for seemingly no reason is just like lifting: I slept Great last night, woke up feeling refreshed & wonderful actually. My only complaint is uncomfortable digestion- I hadn't been eating alot & made a huge salad for dinner & now after eating it feel like uncomfortably full (& it's an amount of food I'd normally eat & feel just fine).
I'm going to try with the castor oil again tomorrow & with a full teaspoon of Turpentine (I've only been doing 1/2 tsp the past 2 days)- last time I took it I only took 1 tablespoon castor oil & felt like maybe it wasn't enough (as others talked about it having a really quick effect & since I started Turpentine I've noticed my digestion which i'd gotten up to 3 bm's per day has slowed way down). Do you know how much castor oil is safe to take? In the Jennifer Daniels report she mentions 3-6 tblsp doses which seems like alot but it'd be nice to just have all the nasty stuff move out ASAP.
Also, did u follow her exact protocol in terms of 4 days in a row the first week then 2 days a week for 2 weeks? I've heard other ppl online do it for 7 days in a row. And I'm not sure what the safe amount of time to take it is.
All in all though, despite the uncomfortable digestion (which I guess should be expected when removing something nasty from the GI tract) has been really fabulous- I'm feeling So Much better in so many ways & so quickly- it's quite Amazing.
