You are experiencing some detox symptoms. Drink warm water sipping like hot tea, you will be fine, continue fasting.

In my initial fasts, many years ago, I had some stomach aches, but as I progressed in my fast it went away. Now when I fast, I don't experience any symptoms.

Keep going.
