No supplements, water only fast means just that. I take Epsom Salt baths, adding H2O2, pottasium chloride powder and sometimes Iodine to the bath water. Let the skin do the job of absorbing some of the minerals.

You will not deplete your reserves till after 30 days of fast, some go beyond 30 days.
