Then you should be posting on intermittent fasting or juice fasting forums.

Please do not confuse people here on Fasting with water only forum.

All living things are born with a program of not eating everyday, otherwise nature would fail.

When you do not eat your body eats all junk and fat reserves first before using up all the nutrient reserves. When you fast for a long period of time, say 30 days plus, your natural hunger will tell you to eat. Then if you don't, your body will eat muscles to survive.

Please read books by Dr. Shelton, Dr. Fuhrman, Dr. Goldhammer, Dr. Fung, and many more. All these doctors make their patients fast.
