First, toothpaste has chemicals that go straight to your brain from the capillaries ending in your teeth. Second, when we put anything other than water in our mouth, the digestive system gets activated. You want all your energy for healing, and if your body thinks food is coming in and nothing comes in, you get into a starvation mode.

Please use just water to clean your mouth.
