I've heard it both ways. Charcoal will or will not adsorb your nutrients. It won't IF they are not GMO foods. Toxins have a positive charge. Nutrients a negative charge. Once you get your colon cleaned out a lot you can use aloe vera, LBB and green clay will all help. The green clay works along the same lines as the charcoal. Long, drawn-out process of removing the plastic fungus. Take the clay according to your weight and drink lots of distilled water with all of it. You can use several forms of clay according to your nutritional needs, and the French green clay is a good start. See what it can do for you.
