Hello,

I am interested in completing a fast of 21 days or more and am interested in the effects that it would have on facial fat. I am a thin girl but have a round face which i really like and I feel gives me a youthful and healthy appearance. This is a huge reason on why im hesitant to complete a long fast. I do not want to look emaciated and would like to know the opinions of long term fasters on this subject. Were you able to regain facial fat that was lost on a long term fast?

I am 5"11 and weigh 140 pds
