When I end the Psyllium treatment I add up extra probiotics. The fiber creates a clean slate and I want to take advantage of that to introduce neihbors of candida.

I especially like Sauerkraut - like you I am trying to keep it natural - so I prepare home made sauerkraut and I drink its juice (filled with probiotics) upon finishing the bowel cleanse.
